Job summary

Rostron Finance invites an experienced Finance Broker or dealership Business Manager to join our Brisbane team. You’ll manage customer enquiries through to settlement, build lasting relationships and earn uncapped commission alongside a base salary.

You’ll operate on a Monday to Friday roster, with a move into our newly designed Sumner office planned for early 2027. A strong lender panel and modern systems support your success.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance broking or dealership F&I role.
• Proven sales target achievement.
• Understanding of lender policy, credit assessment and settlements.
• Ability to guide customers through options and build rapport.
• Strong organisation and pipeline ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey from first contact to settlement.
• Assess needs and structure suitable finance solutions.
• Evaluate applications and identify appropriate lenders.
• Manage pipeline and keep customers informed.

Our Australian team is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Finance Broker or dealership Business Manager ready for their next move.

You’ll manage customer enquiries through to settlement, build lasting relationships and earn uncapped commission alongside a base salary.

You’ll also work a Monday to Friday roster, with a move into our newly designed Sumner office planned for early 2027.

Your role

• You’ll take ownership of the customer journey, from the first conversation through to settlement.


• Understanding customers’ needs and structuring suitable finance solutions


• Assessing applications and identifying appropriate lenders

• Working towards clear individual and team sales targets

What you’ll bring

• You’ll have experience in either finance broking, particularly asset, vehicle or consumer finance, or a dealership Business Manager/F&I role.


• A proven track record of achieving sales targets


• A sound understanding of lender policy, credit assessment, and settlements


• The ability to build rapport and guide customers confidently through their options


• Strong organisation, attention to detail and ownership of your pipeline
