Job summary

Noma Finance is seeking a full‑time finance broker in Melbourne to take clients from initial contact through to settlement and post‑settlement follow‑up.

You will work with a growing team, using our 30+ lender panel and our supplied leads to guide clients to suitable loan options with clear, calm explanations. Located in Cremorne VIC, the role includes base salary plus commission and an opportunity for growth.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of industry experience as a finance broker or credit assessor.
• Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
• Strong objection handling and ability to explain finance clearly.
• Genuine care for clients, especially those with rough experiences with finance.

Responsibilities

• Take clients from start to finish: first call, needs analysis, lender selection, quote, application, approval and settlement.
• Work leads that Noma generates for you. You're not responsible for bringing in your own.
• Match clients to the right option across our 30+ lender panel.
• Handle objections with care and confidence to help clients reach a decision they feel good about.
• Keep files clean and compliant, meeting responsible lending obligations on every deal.
• Look after clients after settlement to encourage referrals.

At least 2 years of industry experience, either as a finance broker or a credit assessor

Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking

Strong objection handling and a calm, clear way of explaining finance to people who find it stressful

Genuine care for clients, especially people who've had a rough experience with finance before

Based in Melbourne and available full-time

Nice to have: car loan or asset finance experience.
