Job summary

John Deere Financial in Crestmead (QLD) is hiring a Finance Associate on a fixed-term contract of up to six months. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement, typically two days in the office, and involves supporting the administration and servicing of our finance portfolio.

You’ll work with a friendly team to deliver excellent customer service while processing contract changes, conducting checks and assisting customers and dealers with inquiries.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration, finance, banking, lending or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of retail finance contracts and related transactions.
• Process contract changes, substitutions and novations.
• Conduct credit and equipment checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Complete post-settlement activities, including security maintenance and government registrations.
• Assist customers and dealers with enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage shared inbox enquiries and service requests.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experiences.
• Contribute to team initiatives and special projects as required.
