Job summary

Eagers Automotive Limited in Newcastle, NSW seeks an experienced Finance and Insurance Consultant to drive F&I sales across our dealership. You will lead negotiations, close deals, and ensure compliance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

A background in automotive finance sales and strong communication skills are essential; you’ll support the sales team and promote member benefits and financing options.

We are seeking a Finance and Insurance Consultant with current FSRA and financier accreditation.

This is a senior role within our dealership, so you will need to demonstrate your experience and results you have achieved in your current and previous F&I roles. Prior experience in automotive finance sales is desirable, as is your enthusiasm and flair for providing all our guests with the ultimate buying experience.

You’ll have to hit the ground running, employing your finely hewn negotiation and closing skills to help us meet and exceed our dealership KPIs. Our sales team will want your assistance with double closing and deal negotiations.

You will also facilitate finance and insurance transactions for our dealership guests, all with a strict adherence to compliance. For this you will need excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A high level of computer literacy and a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is also essential.

You will also need to be an Australian citizen or permanent Australian resident and hold a current Australian drivers licence.
