Job summary

Arc'teryx is seeking a Finance Analyst to support financial planning, reporting and analysis across ANZ from Melbourne. You will drive monthly reports, variance analysis and insights to inform decisions, while partnering with budget owners to manage forecasts and performance.

You’ll work with SAP and other finance systems, analyze KPIs, and contribute to regional and global reviews. A detail-oriented, collaborative finance professional will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and month-end processes.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with large datasets and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports and consolidated reporting packages with commentary and variance analysis.
• Analyse financial performance, operating expenses and KPIs; identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with department managers to develop and manage operating budgets; investigate variances.
• Support budgets, forecasts and strategic business plans.
• Support sales forecasting and profitability analysis across channels and regions.
• Develop financial reporting for regional, channel and global performance reviews.
• Review and reconcile financial information and accounting transactions; assist SAP processes.
• Maintain and improve budgeting/reporting tools, systems and processes.
