Job summary

Arc’teryx is seeking a Finance Analyst to support financial planning, reporting and analysis across the ANZ business. You will provide accurate insights to support decision-making and performance, working with stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive financial discipline.

The role involves budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, and profitability analysis across channels and regions, with a focus on continuous improvement and effective communication of financial information.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of accounting or financial analysis experience.
• Strong Excel and data handling skills.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports and consolidated packages with variance analysis.
• Analyse financial performance, operating expenses and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with budget holders to develop and manage operating budgets and variances.
• Support budgets, forecasts and strategic plans.
• Assist in sales forecasting and profitability analysis across channels/regions.
• Develop financial reporting for regional/global performance reviews and month-end processes.
• Review and reconcile financial information and accounting transactions.
• Support SAP and other systems implementations and enhancements.
