Job summary

Arc'teryx is seeking a Finance Analyst to support financial planning, reporting and analysis across the Australian and New Zealand business. You will work with stakeholders to deliver accurate insights that drive decision-making and performance across the Arc'teryx brand within ANZ.

You’ll prepare monthly reports, analyze performance and support budgets, forecasts and strategic plans. Strong Excel skills and experience with financial systems are required; familiarity with SAP is a plus.

Qualifications

You have 2-3 years of accounting or financial analysis experience.
You can interpret financial data and present insights clearly.
You are proficient in Excel and familiar with SAP or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly financial reports and consolidated packages with commentary.
Analyze performance, expenses and KPIs to identify trends and risks.
Develop budgets, forecasts and strategic plans with budget holders.
Support sales forecasting and profitability analysis across channels.
Create regional, channel and global performance reports for reviews.
Reconcile transactions and maintain financial processes; assist SAP-related tasks.
