Job summary

Hunter Douglas, Inc. is seeking an analytical FP&A Analyst to join the ANZ Finance team. Reporting to the Head of FP&A & M&A – ANZ, you will support budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting and commercial analysis to inform strategic decisions.

This role suits someone early in their FP&A career who enjoys problem solving, collaborating with stakeholders, and learning new tools. You will develop financial models, dashboards and forecasting tools while contributing to governance and data

Qualifications

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance, management accounting or public practice.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A proactive approach, willingness to learn, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budget, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
• Prepare monthly management reports, financial analysis and performance insights.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards and forecasting tools.
• Analyse revenue, costs, margins and key business drivers to support commercial decisions.
• Assist with pricing, profitability and cost improvement initiatives.
• Ensure financial data integrity and support governance and reporting standards.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide meaningful financial insights.
