Job summary

Lincoln Sentry, part of DuluxGroup, is seeking an early-career finance professional to broaden experience beyond traditional accounting, with exposure to forecasting, budgeting, commercial analysis and business partnering. Based across Clayton and Bayswater, the role develops FP&A and commercial finance capabilities.

You will handle month-end accounting, reconciliations and reporting, with a clear pathway into broader FP&A responsibilities, supported by automation and data initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics or Business.
• Approx. three years' experience in accounting, audit or finance.
• CPA or CA qualification or working towards it.
• Strong accounting fundamentals, analytics and attention to detail.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Collaborative, curious and process-improvement mindset.
• Confident communication and prioritisation skills.
• Big Four audit experience highly regarded.
• Experience with SAP, TM1, OneStream or BW is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver month-end accounting, balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cost centre management and planning.
• Prepare variance analysis and commentary for decisions.
• Partner with branch, sales, customer service and cost centre stakeholders.
• Assist with audit, tax, capex tracking and investment proposals.
• Improve reporting and finance processes through automation and data.
