This role provides visibility into inbound logistics and cost management, with opportunities to automate reporting, standardise processes, and support monthly and quarterly reviews.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of finance, tax or a related analytical field experience.
• 3+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience.
• 3+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience.
• 3+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience.
• Experience with the use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence

Responsibilities

• Generate, analyse and distribute standard KPI reports, cost bridges, and productivity narratives for Inbound Freight and Sort Centre operations.
• Partner with Inbound Freight and Sort Centre-Operations Leadership Teams to ensure reporting accuracy and resolve data discrepancies.
• Proactively identify financial trends, cost drivers, and improvement opportunities across inbound freight lanes and Sort Centre metrics.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence teams to automate, standardise and centralise reporting systems and processes.
• Support monthly and quarterly financial reviews and weekly business reviews with timely commentary and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain documentation for reporting tools, procedures and workflows.
