We’re seeking expressions of interest from finance savvy professionals to assist our Financial Expenditure Unit with not only the payment of our employees at PSC, but also of our external suppliers.
As Contracts Administration Officer, your role is key in ensuring the Procurement Team and is supported through their day-to-day processes. This includes administering Council’s procurement contracts, maintaining accurate records, monitoring contract milestones, and providing support on procurement activities.
You’ll also provide administrative support to the payroll and utilities team, and the procurement operations team when required.
This is a permanent opportunity – working full-time 35 hours / week + access to a flexible working arrangement
Base Salary Range: $70,332 to $77,597 pa based on 35 hours / week + 12% superannuation + $2,464 retention allowance
You will be working from PSC Administration Building, Raymond Terrace
A qualification in a related field and/or several years of experience
Demonstrated experience in using numerous corporate applications including Authority
Demonstrated competency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Demonstrated experience in Records Management
