Port Stephens Council is seeking an Assistant Trades Gardener to join the Parks & Gardens Team. The role focuses on supporting the Trades Gardener and maintaining reserves, trees, and landscaped areas to keep recreation facilities attractive and safe for the community.
Work is full-time (38 hours weekly, Tue–Fri) from the Raymond Terrace Depot, with a base salary range and superannuation; 14 weeks Paid Parental Leave and other staff benefits are offered.

Our Parks & Gardens Team are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Trades Gardener who shares their same passion for the Horticulture Industry to join their team! You will have a strong background in the safe operation of machinery and equipment, providing support to the Trades Gardener to ensure enjoyable, attractive and safe recreation facilities for the community.
