Job summary

St Vincent's Health Australia invites applications for a Finance Administration Officer on a maximum-term full-time contract. Based at AMR, St Vincent’s Public Hospital, Sydney, you will manage AP/AR, payroll issues, and financial reporting for clinical research projects and trust funds.

You will collaborate with research teams, investigators, finance and sponsors, ensuring timely and accurate financial processes and robust audit trails.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial administration incl. AP/AR, reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate financial records.
• Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders and manage priorities.

Responsibilities
