Randstad Australia in Fyshwick, ACT, is seeking a Finance and Administration Manager to lead the company’s financial health and the day-to-day office operations. This full-time role offers a chance to shape strategy in a dynamic, growing organisation.

You will manage end-to-end accounting in Xero, oversee job costing, invoicing and project financial performance within SIMPRO, and drive AI-enabled process improvements to boost efficiency and data accuracy.

Formación

• Proven experience in a combined finance and administration management role.
• Advanced proficiency in Xero and SIMPRO.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to streamline business processes.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end accounting using Xero (AP, AR, payroll).
• Oversee job costing, invoicing and project financial performance in SIMPRO.
• Identify and implement AI tools to automate workflows and boost efficiency.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, budgets and cash flow forecasts for executives.
• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations and ensure statutory compliance.
