Job summary

PJ MEATS PTY LTD in Melbourne's northern corridor invites an experienced Accounts & Office Administrator to lead our AP/AR function and drive a systems modernisation project. You will work directly with the Group Head of Finance to design and implement a transition from legacy workflows to a modern cloud-based accounting ecosystem.

This 100% on-site role offers autonomy, direct impact on finance processes, and the opportunity to shape digital workflows while maintaining strong stakeholder

Qualifications

5+ years of standalone AP/AR and office administration experience in manufacturing or processing.
Experience with ERP/accounting platforms; familiarity with SAGE highly regarded and with Xero/MYOB preferred.
Ability to transition traditional offices to paperless cloud workflows with strong communication.

Responsibilities

Full-function management of AP/AR including invoicing, reconciliations, and debt collection.
Analyze daily yield, processing metrics, inventory and cost efficiencies for management.
Manage general administrative functions for the head office.
Maintain SAGE daily and evaluate transition toward MYOB or Xero.
Replace paper-heavy records with digital, automated workflows.
