Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Final Trim Grader Operator.
• Experience with civil construction or earthworks projects.
• Experience using GPS/machine control systems.
• Current plant/operator tickets and Construction White Card.
• Current driver's licence and strong site safety understanding.

Responsibilities

• Final trim and detailed grading to specification.
• Road formation and pavement preparation.
• Trimming subgrades, bases and batters.
• Reading site plans and levels.
• Daily machine checks and basic maintenance.
• Collaborate with supervisors, engineers and other operators.
• Maintain safety and quality standards.
