Job summary

Adept Plant Hire has been operating for over 20 years and is recognised as a leader in the plant hire and civil construction industry. We are seeking experienced Final Trim Grader Operators for ongoing, long‑term projects across Queensland and New South Wales.

Positions include 15/6 and 10/4 rosters with wages well above award rates and a company vehicle provided. Hold a Grader Licence and proven Trimble GPS/UTS experience to work safely and independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years minimum experience in plant operations and site work.
• 1–2 years hands-on experience with Trimble GPS/UTS systems.
• Proven experience using Trimble GPS/UTS for final trim work.
• Ability to set up and operate a Trimble UTS system without supervision.
• Grader Licence is required.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate Final Trim Grader on long-term projects across Queensland and New South Wales.
• Set up and operate Trimble GPS/UTS with minimal supervision.
• Maintain safety and quality workmanship on site.
• Work both independently and as part of a team.

About the Role
