Work on site with a safety-focused team, performing pre-start checks, basic maintenance, and reading plans to meet project deadlines. Valid driver’s license and construction cards required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating graders with stabilisation work.
• RII Grader & Excavator tickets.
• Construction white/blue card.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate graders safely and efficiently.
• Complete final trim, stabilisation, and earthworks to project specifications.
• Utilise GPS and UTS machine control systems to achieve accurate results.
• Conduct daily pre-start checks and basic machine maintenance.
• Read and interpret plans, levels, and project requirements.
• Work collaboratively with site crews to meet project deadlines.

The successful candidate will have proven experience operating final trim graders to a high standard, a strong understanding of GPS and UTS machine control systems, and a commitment to workplace safety and quality outcomes.

Operate graders safely and efficiently
