Hall Civil & Earthworks Pty Ltd in Mackay is seeking an experienced Final Trim Grader Operator for a major TMR road project in Central Queensland. You will operate graders with stabilisation work, using GPS and UTS machine control to achieve precise earthworks and quality outcomes.

Work on site with a safety-focused team, performing pre-start checks, basic maintenance, and reading plans to meet project deadlines. Valid driver’s license and construction cards required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating graders with stabilisation work.
• RII Grader & Excavator tickets.
• Construction white/blue card.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate graders safely and efficiently.
• Complete final trim, stabilisation, and earthworks to project specifications.
• Utilise GPS and UTS machine control systems to achieve accurate results.
• Conduct daily pre-start checks and basic machine maintenance.
• Read and interpret plans, levels, and project requirements.
• Work collaboratively with site crews to meet project deadlines.
• Follow all site safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
