• Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritise preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Strong safety leadership and compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of the site maintenance team and workshop.
• Plan and prioritise preventative maintenance, servicing and breakdowns.
• Ensure plant safety, reliability and availability meet project standards.
• Collaborate with construction and production teams to prioritise maintenance needs.
• Monitor fleet performance and maintenance costs; drive productivity.
