Job summary

Downer Energy & Utilities on Barrow Island is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead the mechanical workshop, oversee HV and LV vehicles, and drive safe, efficient operations.

This FIFO role features a 2:2 roster (12-hour days), a strong remuneration package including a site allowance, and a focus on coaching mechanics and trade staff to deliver quality work on schedule while maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience supervising a mechanical workshop.
• Experience coordinating HV/LV vehicle maintenance.
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance.
