Job summary

Mammoet Australia is seeking a Superintendent to balance client expectations, lead a crew and ensure equipment is ready for safe, efficient work on FMG Iron Bridge projects. The role is salary-based with a 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth, based onsite to supervise maintenance and project works across the site.

Qualifications

• 5 years supervising experience in crane and rigger operations in a mining industry.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Strong decision making and people management capabilities.
• Ability to be resourceful and draw on team members technical expertise.
• Ability to build and supervise a strong team.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining operational excellence in line with customer requirements.
• Overseeing teams to carry out work safely and effectively.
• Ensuring works are conducted within scope and budget.
• Executing and overseeing the mobilisation and demobilisation of equipment and personnel.
