Job summary

Core Talent is seeking an experienced S26 Site Supervisor for a long-term FIFO project across two WA mine sites. The role offers an 8:6 roster, a stable 12-month horizon, and an excellent hourly rate.

You will lead a 13-person crew, ensure safety and site compliance, and oversee dismantling, re‑erection, and fit‑out activities with strong proficiency in permits, JHAs, and ITPs. Proactive reporting and tablet-based site updates are expected.

Qualifications

• Section 26 Supervisor Training – mandatory prior to site access.
• Minimum 5 years' experience supervising construction crews in WA.
• Minimum 2 years' mine site supervisory experience.
• Experience dismantling and re-erecting modular or transportable buildings.
• Strong understanding of permits, JHAs, Take 5s, ITPs and construction safety requirements.
• Experience coordinating crews, plant, materials and daily work fronts.
• Confidence working in greenfield environments.
• Good computer literacy and ability to complete electronic site reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating a crew of approximately 13 personnel
• Running daily pre-starts, Take 5s and JHAs
• Daily task allocation and workforce coordination
• Permit control and site compliance
• Hold points and ITP sign-off
• Coordination of plant, equipment and materials
• Managing the dismantling sequence
• Managing the re‑erection and fit‑out sequence
• Daily progress, productivity and hours reporting
