Job summary

Northern Star Resources Limited is seeking a Site Administrator to join our Jundee Operations in Western Australia. This permanent FIFO role is 8 days on, 6 days off from Perth and supports site and maintenance teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will manage access, rosters, travel, records, and procurement in INX systems, while coordinating reporting and site events with a high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in the mining or resources sector.
• Proficiency with INX InFlight and INX +Process, and Pronto experience is preferred.
• FIFO experience and a current Australian C - Class Drivers Licence are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage site access and onboarding for employees and contractors in line with site entry requirements.
• Coordinate travel arrangements to and from site.
• Maintain site rosters and oversee village accommodation allocations.
• Provide process and maintenance administration support across site operations.
• Ensure accurate updates of employee and contractor records in INX InFlight and INX databases.
• Raise and manage Pronto requisitions and work orders.
• Support weekly and daily reporting and coordinate site events.
