Paradigm Safety Consulting Pty Ltd seeks an experienced HSE professional to provide on-site health, safety and environment support across FIFO operations in Western Australia. You will conduct risk assessments, inspections and incident investigations to ensure WHS compliance and drive continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates will have a Cert IV or Diploma in WHS, FIFO/remote-site experience, knowledge of WHS legislation and first aid CPR.

Formación

• Minimum Cert IV or Diploma in Work Health and Safety (WHS).
• FIFO or remote site HSE experience in mining, resources, construction or similar high-risk environments.
• Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and industry practices.
• Current First Aid & CPR (highly regarded).
• ICAM or similar investigation training.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate incident investigations and follow up corrective actions.
• Engage with employees and contractors to promote safe work practices and WHS compliance.
• Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and safety communications.

FIFO - Various locations across Western Australia

Roster:

Various rosters including but not limited to 8/6 and 2/1

Key Responsibilities:

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum Cert IV or Diploma in Work Health and Safety (WHS)
• Previous industry related FIFO or remote site HSE experience in mining, resources, construction or similar high-risk environments.
• Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and industry practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s licence and white card
• ICAM or similar investigation training
• Working at heights and confined space experience (desirable)
• Current First Aid & CPR (highly regarded)
