Job summary

McCosker Contracting are seeking a Senior HSE Compliance Officer for a project in Western Australia on a FIFO roster. The base is onsite, and the role focuses on developing and implementing safety and quality procedures to continually improve compliance with state and national legislation.

You will engage with site leaders and the workforce to enforce McCosker standards, promote a safe, productive work culture, and support rehabilitation for employees returning to work, while aligning with

Qualifications

• Occupational Health and Safety qualifications (Certificate IV in WHS)
• Open Driver's Licence and White Card (Construction Induction)
• Experience in Workplace Health and Safety advisory or similar role; strong knowledge of WHS framework and guidance

Responsibilities

• Manage risk and drive a positive safety culture
• Provide HSE supervision of operations to meet project deliverables
• Monitor and manage compliance with safety processes
• Assist to provide rehabilitation services for employees returning to the workforce
• Participate in policies and procedures, including work health and safety
