PHE Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent for a remote underground mine site. You will lead the electrical team, drive safety and performance, and collaborate with the Construction Manager to meet time, quality, and budget targets.

Essentials include supervisory experience in mining, underground exposure, and relevant electrical qualifications. You’ll use MS Project/Primavera for scheduling and Excel for reporting, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Supervisory role (mining experience preferred).
• Underground mining experience highly regarded.
• Mining Supervisor certification (S123) desirable but not essential.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams).
• Experience interpreting project schedules (MS Project or Primavera).
• Quality assurance and budget management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of supervisors and set the standard for safety and performance on site.
• Assist the Project Manager with daily operations and project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and report on cost, scope, and schedule.
• Review plans and drawings to support estimating and pricing strategies.
• Maintain detailed records of work-in-progress and project communications.
• Complete daily and weekly project reports.
• Participate in project planning, reviews, and audits.
