Job summary

GR Engineering Services Limited seeks an experienced Electrical Supervisor for projects across Western Australia. You will report to the Construction Manager, supervising on-site electrical crews, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery on mineral processing projects.

Qualifications

• Electrical Trade certificate is required.
• State-licenced electrical qualifications may be required.
• White Card mandatory for site access.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as Electrical Supervisor in mineral processing projects.
• S26 statutory supervisor training is WA project specific.
• Current First Aid with CPR & LVR is required.
• Valid Driver's Licence and clear National Police check.
• Pre-employment medical including drug/alcohol screen required.
• Unrestricted Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safe work practices and ensure HSE standards are met.
• Keep project on schedule and within budget.
• Supervise workmanship and quality on site.
• Oversee construction to comply with GRES standards.
• Lead by example in Safe Work Practices and attitude.
• Conduct pre-start daily meetings and toolbox talks.
• Identify hazards and implement controls from risk assessments.
• Lead incident management and reporting.
• Train and assess personnel competency.
• Ensure compliance with site quality and environmental policies.
• Monitor activities to minimize environmental impact.
• Ensure resources and structures support safety, legislation and codes.

Education

Electrical Trade certificate

Electrical Licences -state dependant

White Card

Minimum 5 years' experience as Electrical Supervisor in the construction of mineral process plants

S26 Statutory Supervisor Training

Current First Aid certificate with CPR & LVR

Current Drivers Licence

Current National Police clearance within 6 months

Be able to pass a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screen

Full and unrestricted Australian working rights
