Job summary

GR Engineering Services (GRES) are seeking a FIFO Electrical Leading Hand for current project work in Western Australia.

You will lead a heavy industrial electrical crew, maintain safety and quality, and ensure on‑time delivery. Candidates must hold WA Electrical Licence or be willing to obtain one, White Card, First Aid (LV Rescue & CPR), WP, Working at Heights and Police clearance; a pre‑employment medical is required. Rosters: 3:1 or 2:1.

Qualifications

• Proven Leading Hand experience in heavy industrial construction.
• Current WA electrical licence or willingness to obtain one.
• White card and First Aid (LV Rescue & CPR) are required; High Risk Work Licence (WP) preferred.
• Pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screen and National Police Clearance are required.

GR Engineering Services (GRES) are seeking a FIFO Electrical Leading Hand for current project work in Western Australia.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven Leading Hand experience in heavy industrial construction
• Strong leadership qualities – ability to guide, motivate, and support your crew
• Exceptional communication and crew coordination skills
• Electricians to hold a current WA electrical Licence or be willing to obtain one
• White card
• First Aid- Low Voltage Rescue & CPR
• High Risk Work Licence (WP)
• Working at Heights
• Be able to pass a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screen
• National Police Clearance or ability to apply for one
