Job summary

GR Engineering Services (GRES) seeks a FIFO Electrical Leading Hand for ongoing project work in Western Australia. The role requires proven Leading Hand experience, strong leadership, and exceptional crew coordination to guide a heavy industrial crew on site.

You will hold or be willing to obtain a WA Electrical Licence, White Card, and relevant safety certifications. PIP incentives apply, and the role offers a 2:1 or 3:1 FIFO roster with weekly pay and direct employment.

Qualifications

• Proven Leading Hand experience in heavy industrial construction.
• Strong leadership qualities – ability to guide, motivate, and support your crew.
• Exceptional communication and crew coordination skills.
• Electricians to hold a current WA electrical Licence or be willing to obtain one.
• White Card and safety training.
• First Aid - Low Voltage Rescue & CPR.
• High Risk Work Licence (WP).
• Working at Heights.
• Be able to pass a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screen.
• National Police Clearance or ability to apply for one.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support the crew on site in heavy industrial construction.
• Coordinate activities to ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence.
• Communicate effectively with trades and site supervisors to resolve issues.
• Maintain compliance with safety, licensing and site requirements.
