Zusammenfassung

Black Cat Civil is seeking an experienced Earthworks Supervisor for NT and Far North QLD projects. The role focuses on large-scale earthworks within a mine infrastructure setting, with FIFO arrangements including flights, accommodation and meals provided on a 2/1 roster.

The successful candidate will supervise on-site activities, lead toolbox talks, manage earthmoving crews, and ensure WHS compliance while delivering project milestones across interstate locations.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 years supervisory experience with a reputable contractor.
• Experience in Bulk Earthworks, Tailing Dams, Dozer/Grader/Moxy Circuits.
• Experience on Infrastructure Projects including road and mine infrastructure.
• MMQ medical certification is required.

Aufgaben

• Plan, coordinate and oversee daily works on site.
• Lead daily pre-start meetings and toolbox talks.
• Supervise crews across TMR road construction activities.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure safe work methodologies are implemented and followed.
• Manage plant, labour, and resources in line with daily schedules.
• Drive preventative maintenance practices for plant and equipment.
• Ensure full compliance with site policies, procedures, and WHS requirements.
• Lead and reinforce Black Cat Civil’s culture, standards, and expectations.
• Complete accurate, timely daily Supervisor reports.
