nbn is hiring a Customer Field Technician in the Bendigo area. This permanent, full-time role offers paid training, full tools, and support to grow into a skilled field technician servicing homes and small businesses.

You will work independently on installations, repairs, and maintenance across multiple technologies, with hours 7am–7pm and a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Enjoy hands-on work and problem solving.
• Clear communication with customers.
• Current, clean Driver’s Licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Install copper or fibre cabling and set up customer equipment.
• Identify and fix faults and support customers in homes or businesses.
• Work independently to complete a variety of tasks across nbn technologies.
• Maintain safety and follow nbn safety procedures.
