Job summary

nbn is seeking a Customer Field Technician to connect and support customers in homes or small businesses across a range of nbn technologies. You will install services, maintain network infrastructure, troubleshoot faults, and keep customers informed.

No prior telecommunications experience is required – training is provided. You will work in the field across Brisbane, with a company vehicle, tools, and ongoing career growth support. Safety is prioritised throughout all operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on work attitude and safety awareness.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install new services at homes or small businesses.
• Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure.
