nbn is seeking a Customer Field Technician to work in Warburton, VIC, delivering installations, repairs, and maintenance for homes and businesses. You’ll operate independently across multiple technologies, supported by training and all necessary tools and equipment.

Flexibility is key with hours from 7am to 7pm, built around business needs. A current driver’s license and safety focus are essential as you help connect communities and build Australia’s fibre network.

Qualifications

• No telecoms experience required; we will teach you
• Hands-on problem solving and customer communication
• Current, clean driver's license required

Responsibilities

• Installations, repairs, maintenance, and customer support at homes or businesses
• Install copper or fibre cabling and customer equipment
• Work independently with training and ongoing support
