Job summary

Sandvik Mining is seeking a Product Specialist Load and Haul to deliver high-quality technical support and contribute to capability development for customers and internal teams. The role includes on-site assistance, training delivery, and regional travel across the ANZ area.

You will bring a mechanical/electrical trade background (seven+ years) and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, with strong communication and relationship-building skills to support Sandvik equipment and operations.

Qualifications

• Seven years’ post-trade experience in underground mining operations.
• Strong training and presentation capabilities.
• Proficiency with Sandvik equipment and service tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical assistance to resolve issues.
• Deliver technical training to the service network.
• Travel within the ANZ region to support customers and employees.
• Support warranty claims data collection and equipment improvements.
