Job summary

CSR seeks a Technical & Construction Specialist in Sydney NSW to support builders, contractors and installers through site inspections, audits, and technical guidance across NSW. This autonomous, field-based role strengthens customer relationships and drives quality installation outcomes.

You'll conduct inspections, deliver training, prepare reports, and collaborate with Sales and Technical teams. 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with start times around 7am to 4pm to suit site visits and

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, installation, site supervision or inspections.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and best practices.
• Ability to provide on-site technical advice and practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and audits across NSW for AFS, Hebel and Cemintel systems.
• Provide technical advice and installation support to builders, contractors and installers.
• Identify, investigate and resolve product and installation issues.
• Prepare inspection reports and recommendations for customers and stakeholders.
• Deliver product and installation training to customers, installers and internal teams.
• Build relationships with builders, developers, contractors and CSR-accredited installers.
• Collaborate with Sales and Technical teams to support customer outcomes.
• Maintain records of inspections, site visits and customer interactions.
• Provide market feedback to support product and installation improvements.
• Promote safe work practices and compliance across sites.
• Act as trusted technical advisor to support quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.
