Job summary

CSR Limited in Sydney NSW is seeking a Technical & Construction Specialist (After Sales / Inspection). This field-based role combines site inspections, technical expertise, and stakeholder engagement to support quality installations and customer outcomes.

You will conduct audits across NSW, provide installation guidance to builders and installers, and deliver training. You'll build strong relationships with builders, developers and CSR-accredited installers while working closely with Sales and

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, installation, site supervision, inspections, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of installation methods and best practices.
• Ability to provide technical advice and practical solutions on-site.
• Experience conducting site inspections and preparing reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and audits across NSW for AFS, Hebel and Cemintel systems.
• Provide technical advice and installation support to builders, contractors and installers.
• Identify, investigate and resolve product and installation issues.
• Prepare inspection reports and recommendations for customers and stakeholders.
• Conduct installer audits to ensure compliance with CSR standards and best practices.
• Deliver product and installation training to customers, installers and internal teams.
• Build strong relationships with builders, developers, contractors and CSR-accredited installers.
• Collaborate with Sales and Technical teams to support customer outcomes and identify opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, site visits and customer interactions.
• Provide market feedback and recommendations to support continuous improvement in products and installation practices.
• Promote safe work practices and compliance across construction sites.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, supporting quality installation outcomes and customer satisfaction.
