Job summary

nbn is seeking a Senior Field Technician to install, repair and maintain Australia’s fibre and copper networks in the Nowra area. You’ll work on the ground with customers, delivering end-to-end service and keeping communities connected.

You’ll bring an ACMA licence, a Certificate III or IV, a driver’s license, and proven problem‑solving and customer service skills. The role offers a stable career with 7am–7pm hours, travel as needed, and a supportive team.

• Driver’s license and willingness to travel to various sites.

You’ll collaborate with a supportive and inclusive team, with opportunities for coaching, mentorship and career progression at every step. **A bit about you**To thrive in this role, you’ll be an autonomous and motivated self-starter, with extensive experience with copper and fibre network assurance fault finding and installs. You’ll have an appetite to embrace a complex industry while learning and developing on the job, drawing on your dedication, drive, and customer service skills to deliver service with integrity. The ideal candidate will possess an ACMA licence along with a Certificate III or IV qualification.
