Job summary

nbn is seeking a Senior Field Technician based in Karratha to deliver end-to-end field service for homes and businesses, from installation to repair and maintenance. You’ll work with copper and fibre networks, ensuring high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have an ACMA license (cert 3 or 4 preferred) and strong communication skills, with a drive for problem-solving and autonomy in a supportive team.

You’ll collaborate with a supportive and inclusive team, with opportunities for coaching, mentorship and career progression at every step. **A bit about you** To thrive in this role, you’ll be an autonomous and motivated self-starter, with extensive experience with copper and fibre network assurance fault finding and installs. You’ll have an appetite to embrace a complex industry while learning and developing on the job.
