Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) in Newcastle, NSW, is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to service the Newcastle, Central Coast and Hunter Valley region on a full-time, permanent basis. You will respond to and repair beverage equipment at customer sites, supported by a take-home company vehicle.

You will work across glass door merchandisers, air curtain coolers, fountain dispensers, vending and coffee machines, delivering safe, reliable service and building strong customer

Qualifications

• Trade qualified as Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic or Electrician.
• Hold a current driver's licence.
• Previous field service, maintenance or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Committed to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Test & Tag certification (or willingness to obtain) and First Aid/ CPR desirable.

Responsibilities

• Uphold a strong safety culture and follow OHS requirements.
• Deliver a great customer experience with professional, timely service.
• Diagnose and repair equipment to achieve first-time fixes.
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance for optimal equipment performance.
• Maximise time in the field and manage vehicle inventory.
• Follow standard procedures and utilise IT tools for service calls and reporting.
• Collaborate with the team and contribute to process improvements.

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our team, servicing the Newcastle, Central Coast and Hunter Valley area on a Full-Time, permanent basis.

In this role, you will be provided with a take-home company vehicle to support our sales operations by responding to and repairing breakdowns of beverage equipment installed at customer sites.

You’ll work across a broad range of equipment, including Glass Door Merchandisers, Air Curtain Coolers, fountain dispensing equipment, vending machines, frozen beverage units, and coffee machines.

About the Role

About You

• Trade qualified as a Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic or Electrician.

• Is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and building strong customer relationships.

• Test & Tag certification (or willingness to obtain one)
