Coca-Cola Europacific Partners in Newcastle is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to service the Newcastle, Central Coast and Hunter Valley area. You’ll receive a take-home company vehicle and respond to and repair breakdowns of beverage equipment at customer sites, including merchandisers, coolers, vending and coffee machines.

You’ll work independently in the field, build strong customer relationships and uphold safety, quality and continuous improvement as you deliver reliable service

Qualifications

• Trade qualified as Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic or Electrician.
• Hold a current driver’s license.
• Experience in field service, maintenance or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent problem-solving and hands-on troubleshooting skills.
• Committed to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• First Aid and CPR certificates desirable.

Responsabilités

• Uphold safety culture and comply with OHS requirements.
• Respond to and repair breakdowns of beverage equipment in customer sites.
• Diagnose and repair across merchandisers, coolers, vending machines, coffee machines.
• Deliver professional, timely field service and first-time fixes where possible.
• Maintain vehicle inventory and use IT tools to report service calls.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our team, servicing the Newcastle, Central Coast and Hunter Valley area on a full-time, permanent basis.

In this role, you will be provided with a take-home company vehicle to support our sales operations by responding to and repairing breakdowns of beverage equipment installed at customer sites.

You’ll work across a broad range of equipment, including Glass Door Merchandisers, Air Curtain Coolers, fountain dispensing equipment, vending machines, frozen beverage units, and coffee machines.

About the Role

Safety First - Uphold a strong safety culture, follow all OHS requirements, and proactively identify risks

Customer Service - Deliver a great customer experience with professional, timely, and reliable service First-Time Fixes – Diagnose and repair equipment efficiently, aiming to resolve issues on the first visit

Quality Service - Perform repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance

Efficiency - Maximise time in the field, use parts effectively, and maintain accurate vehicle inventory

Processes & Systems - Follow standard procedures and utilise IT tools to manage service calls and reporting

Teamwork - Collaborate with your team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Skill Development - Continuously build your technical capability through training and hands-on experience

About You

Trade qualified as a Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic or Electrician.

Hold a current driver's license.

Brings previous field service, maintenance or customer-facing experience (preferred).

Enjoys hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and building strong customer relationships.

Can work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and stay organised in the field.

Demonstrates a strong commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Communicates effectively and works collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.

Test & Tag certification (or willingness to obtain one)

First Aid and CPR certification (desirable).
