Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to service Mackay (QLD) for a full-time permanent role. You will repair beverage equipment at customer sites, including glass door merchandisers, coolers, vending and coffee machines, across a Monday–Friday schedule.

The role emphasizes safety, first-time fixes, customer service and efficient, high-quality field work, with on-site start times and on-call allowances.

Qualifications

• Trade qualified in Electrical or Refrigeration (restricted licenses considered).
• Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills with a solutions-focused approach.
• Highly organised with excellent time management and the ability to work autonomously.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Comfortable using mobile/field service technology and IT systems.
• Full, valid driver’s licence (required for field-based work).
• Background in coffee service or coffee machine maintenance highly regarded.

We are seeking a motivated and customer focused Field Service Technician to join our team, servicing the Mackay (QLD) area on a Full-Time, permanent basis.

In this role, you will be the hero behind the scenes, supporting our sales operations by responding to and repairing breakdowns of beverage equipment installed at customer sites. You’ll work across a broad range of equipment, including Glass Door Merchandisers, Air Curtain Coolers, fountain dispensing equipment, vending machines, frozen beverage units, and coffee machines.

• 7:55 am start onsite, finishing at 4:00pm in line with the EA

This is a hands‑on role ideal for a trade-qualified Electrician or Refrigeration Technician who enjoys working independently in the field. Experience with coffee machines or within a coffee service environment is highly regarded, though not essential.
