Bullivants Pty Ltd. in Toowoomba is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our hands-on team. You will test lifting equipment, perform maintenance, and support customers both on-site and remotely as needed.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and a willingness to travel. A valid driver's license is essential, and DIDO duties may be required. We offer a company vehicle and devices to support your work.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites (DIDO) as required.

As a Field Service Technician Your Responsibilities Will Include

• 100% commitment to personal and business safety
• Testing of lifting equipment on and off-site inspections
• Maintenance and service repairs on products
• Providing excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
• DIDO to visit customer sites when and as required
• Collaborating with the support team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution

What You Will Bring With You

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting
• Demonstrated experience in manufacturing - preferred but not essential
• Valid driver's license - DIDO will be required
• Ability to work in a sometimes physically demanding role and at heights
• Flexibility and availability to travel. This is not a set roster due to us providing a service to our customers as and when they need.
