Job summary

Bullivants is seeking a Field Service Technician based in Toowoomba. You will be hands-on, testing lifting equipment, performing on-site inspections, and carrying out maintenance and service repairs while prioritising safety.

The role involves DIDO visits to customer sites and collaborating with the support team to resolve issues. You should have strong communication and customer service skills, problem-solving ability, a valid driver's license (DIDO required), and be comfortable with heights

As a Field Service Technician your responsibilities will include:

• 100% commitment to personal and business safety
• Testing of lifting equipment on and off-site inspections
• Maintenance and service repairs on products
• Providing excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
• DIDO to visit customer sites when and as required
• Collaborating with the support team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution

What you will bring with you:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting
• Demonstrated experience in manufacturing - preferred but not essential
• Valid driver's license - DIDO will be required
• Ability to work in a sometimes physically demanding role and at heights
• Flexibility and availability to travel. This is not a set roster due to us providing a service to our customers as and when they need.
