Job summary

Bullivants, part of Wesfarmers, is seeking a Field Service Technician based in Toowoomba. You will test lifting equipment, perform maintenance and repairs, and provide top-tier customer service while supporting safety and compliance on-site and in-field visits.

You will travel to customer sites as needed, with a focus on problem solving, clear communication, and a hands-on approach to resolving issues in a dynamic field environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving and methodical troubleshooting abilities.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential.
• Valid driver’s license; DIDO will be required.
• Able to work in physically demanding roles and at heights.
• Willingness to travel; not a set roster.

Responsibilities

As a Field Service Technician your responsibilities will include:

• Testing of lifting equipment on and off-site inspections
• Maintenance and service repairs on products
• Providing excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
• DIDO to visit customer sites when and as required
• Collaborating with the support team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution

What you will bring with you:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting
• Demonstrated experience in manufacturing - preferred but not essential
• Valid driver's license - DIDO will be required
• Ability to work in a sometimes physically demanding role and at heights
• Flexibility and availability to travel. This is not a set roster due to us providing a service to our customers as and when they need.
