Job summary

CEA are seeking a Field Service Technician at our Mackay Branch to deliver safe, reliable diagnostics and maintenance for a wide range of mobile equipment used in mining and heavy industries. You will work as part of a team to service customers on-site, with opportunities to upskill and progress in a supportive, family-owned company.

Qualifications

Experience maintaining, servicing and repairing mobile equipment in mining/heavy industry environments.
Experience diagnosing and fault finding in mechanical assessments for repair/maintenance in the field.
Demonstrated ability to understand and support customer requirements.
Ability to work unsupervised while following instructions and promoting company values.
OEM experience is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide safe, efficient, and compliant diagnostics and maintenance for customers in the field.
Perform repairs and maintenance on mobile equipment as required at customer sites.
