Uplift Recruitment Pty partners with an established Australian business to recruit a Field Service Technician for Brisbane. This fully mobile role offers independence, a home-based schedule and the opportunity to own your territory.

You will service, maintain, repair and install commercial equipment across Brisbane, travel from home to sites, and build strong customer relationships while delivering high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

Are you an experienced Field Service Technician looking for greater autonomy, flexibility and the opportunity to take ownership of your own territory?

We're partnering with an established Australian business specialising in premium commercial equipment solutions to recruit an experienced Field Service Technician to service and support an existing customer base across Brisbane.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically capable professional who enjoys working independently, troubleshooting equipment and building strong customer relationships.

Experience with commercial coffee machines is highly regarded, but not essential! We're equally interested in technicians from commercial appliances, water filtration, mechanical servicing and other relevant technical industries.

The Opportunity

As the Brisbane-based Field Service Technician, you'll take responsibility for servicing, maintaining, repairing and installing commercial equipment across a variety of customer locations.

This is a fully mobile role with no requirement to attend a physical office each day. You'll typically travel directly from home to customer sites, manage your own appointments and coordinate your workload independently.

You'll also become a key point of contact for existing customers, ensuring their equipment operates reliably while delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, troubleshoot and repair commercial coffee equipment.

• Conduct preventative maintenance and diagnose mechanical or technical faults.

• Install and commission new equipment at customer locations.

• Manage daily service appointments and prioritise workloads independently.

• Travel directly from home to customer sites throughout Brisbane.

About You

We're looking for an experienced, reliable and self-sufficient technician who can operate confidently without constant supervision.

To be successful, you'll ideally have:

• Previous experience in field service, equipment maintenance, appliance repairs or a similar technical role.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and proven fault‑finding skills.

• Experience servicing, diagnosing and repairing mechanical or electromechanical equipment.

• Confidence working independently and managing your own schedule.

• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.

• Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.

• A current driver's licence.

We welcome applications from technicians with backgrounds in:
