Job summary

Adaptalift Group is hiring a Field Service Technician to service the Gold Coast area and surrounding Brisbane region. The role involves breakdown support, fault finding, and servicing with modern tools, backed by a national coordination team.

Ideal candidates have a Mechanical Trade Certificate, relevant field experience, and a current driver’s licence. You will travel extensively, with a hands-on role in a safety-focused, customer-centric team.

Qualifications

• Mechanical trades qualification required.
• Experience with fixed or mobile plant equipment or automotive environments.
• Current Australian car licence.
• Commitment to safe work practices and good communication.
• Able to undergo pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening and referees checks.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service for breakdowns, fault finding and servicing.
• Work with latest tools and technology with support from coordination team and supervisors.
• Travel to customer sites; expect around 90% travel in the Brisbane region.

What you will be doing day-to-day:

• You will be delivering the highest level of service to our customers when it comes tobreakdowns, fault finding and servicing.
• You will be provided with the latest tools and technology to efficiently manage your days along with thesupport of our national coordination team and dedicated supervisors.
• No two days will be the same as you travel from customer to customerin theBrisbaneregion. We anticipate that you will be on the road 90% of the time.
