Job summary

dormakaba International Holding AG is seeking a Service Technician to service and maintain automatic and industrial doors across our service region. You will handle breakdown repairs, perform preventive maintenance, and support commissioning and installation when required.

You will work independently, follow safety standards, and provide exceptional customer service onsite. An after-hours on-call roster is required on a rotational basis to uphold our 24/7 service commitment.

Qualifications

Current A-Grade Electrical Licence
Strong electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting capability
Current Driver's Licence
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Responsibilities

Carry out preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs and electrical fault finding across automatic doors and access solutions
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with customers onsite
Complete accurate service reports, documentation and updates through service management systems and mobile applications
Work independently across your assigned service region while maintaining safety and quality standards
