Job summary

Brandt Tractor is recruiting a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain agricultural and construction equipment across the Melbourne area. You will travel to customer sites, diagnose faults, perform repairs and ensure high standards of service and safety.

The role requires a Mechanical Trade Qualification, strong diagnostic ability and experience with heavy equipment. You’ll work independently with team support, and there are opportunities for training and career progression

Responsibilities

• Travelling to customer sites to diagnose, service, and repair equipment.
• Perform service and repairs on John Deere Ag & Construction, Kuhn, Kramer and other farming machinery.
• Conducting equipment inspections and recommending maintenance solutions
• Diagnosing faults using diagnostic tools and technology
• Completing service documentation accurately and efficiently
• Delivering excellent customer service and technical support
• Participating in ongoing product and technical training

About The Role:

As a Field Service Technician, you'll work directly with customers across your assigned territory, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of agricultural and construction equipment.

• Travelling to customer sites to diagnose, service, and repair equipment.
• Perform service and repairs on a variety of John Deere Ag & Construction, Kuhn, Kramer and other farming machinery to a high standard.
• Conducting equipment inspections and recommending maintenance solutions
• Diagnosing faults using advanced diagnostic tools and technology
• Completing service documentation accurately and efficiently
• Delivering exceptional customer service and technical support
